	Jan 25, 2005 Public Hearing and Special Meeting Vice President Tharp called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Present: Hutchinson, Means, Tharp, Young Absent: Brown, Freebairn, Patchett Others Present: Superintendent Jim Acklin, Tony Kile, Deb Derby, Dave Love Vice President Tharp welcomed everyone to the meeting. There were no requests to address the Board. Superintendent Acklin explained the need for the special meeting and the reason for the Application for Waiver or Modification of State Rules and/or School Code Mandates - Parent-Teacher Conferences. Board approved the Application for Waiver or Modification of State Board Rules and/or School Code Mandates - Parent-Teacher Conferences The Board adjourned at 6:06 PM. BOARD EVALUATION MEETING SUMMARY JANUARY 25, 2005 Vice President Tharp called the meeting to order at 6:07 PM. Present: Hutchinson, Means, Tharp, Young Absent: Brown, Freebairn, Patchett Others Present: Superintendent Jim Acklin, Tony Kile, Deb Derby, Dave Love Vice President Tharp welcomed everyone to the meeting. The Board entered into Executive Session at 6:07 PM to discuss: A. Self-evaluation, practices and procedures, or professional ethics, when meeting with a representative of a statewide association of which the District is a member. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(16). Patchett entered the meeting at 6:15 PM during Executive Session. The Board returned to Open Session at 9:10 PM and adjourned at 9:11 PM.
