	Dec 02, 2005 Special Meeting BOARD SUMMARY OF SPECIAL MEETING - 5:30 PM. The December 2, 2005, Special Meeting of the Shiloh Board of Education was called to order at 5:35 PM by President Patchett. Present: Brown, Kile, Means, Patchett, Young Present via telephone conference call: Freebairn, Hutchinson Absent: None Others Present: Terry Sullivan, Superintendent Acklin Board of Education entered Executive Session at 5:36 PM to consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity - 5ILCS 120/2 (c) (1). Board of Education returned to Open Session at 5:42 PM. Board of Education moved to ratify and adopt the suspension without pay imposed upon Kennetta Barth on October 18, 2005, by the Superintendent, as well as the Letter of Remediation issued by the Superintendent to Kennetta Barth on October 18, 2005, and that these actions be deemed actions of the Board of Education as fully and to the same effect as if those actions had been made by the Board of Education on that date. The December 2, 2005, Special Meeting of the Shiloh Board of Education adjourned at 5:44 PM.
