	June 5, 2007 Special Meeting Briefs The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM by President Means. Board members present: Brown, Hales, Hutchinson, Freebairn, Kile, Means, Young. Others Present: Superintendent Acklin Board entered into Executive Session at 5:00 PM. Board returned to Open Session at 5:35 PM. Board approved letter of remediation to be placed in employee’s file. Board discussed salary range and residency in the district for superintendent. Board entered into Executive Session at 5:57 PM. Board returned to Open Session at 7:45 PM. The Shiloh CUSD #1 Board of Education Special Meeting of June 5, 2007, adjourned at 7:45 PM.
