Present: Means, Brown, Hales, Freebairn, Kile, Young, Hutchinson Board entered into Executive Session at 6:00 PM to consider the employment, compensation, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity – 5ILCS 120/2(c)(1), as amended by P.A. 93-0057. Board returned to Open Session at 8:20 PM. The Shiloh CUSD #1 Special Meeting of June 6, 2007, adjourned at 8:21 PM. JUNE 7, 2007 President Means called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Present: Means, Brown, Young, Hutchinson Absent: Hales, Freebairn, Kile Others Present: Terry Sullivan Board approved a performance-based contract to Gary Lewis as Superintendent of Schools payable in accordance with the payroll policies of Shiloh CUSD #1, effective July 1, 2007. Performance goals will be jointly determined by Mr. Lewis and the Board. Brown approved employment of Gary Lewis as Superintendent of Schools effective July 1, 2007.
