June 9 - SPECIAL MEETING BRIEFS
President Means called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.
Present: Means, Eads, Hales, Freebairn, Kile, Young, Hutchinson
Others Present: Superintendent Hall, Ron Black
President Means welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Board entered Executive Session at 8:06 PM.
Board returned to Open Session at 9:15 PM.
Board approved employment of Donald D. Morgan as Interim Superintendent for the period from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, a total of 120 days at $375.00 per day.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 PM.
