	May 26 - SPECIAL MEETING - 7:00 PM President Means called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Present: Hales, Hutchinson, Kile, Means, Young Absent: Eads, Freebairn Others Present: Superintendent Hall President Means welcomed everyone to the meeting. Board entered Executive Session at 7:00 PM. Eads joined the meeting during Executive Session. Board returned to Open Session at 9:10 PM. Meeting adjourned at 9:10 PM.
